1. Regarding color difference

The product images were taken by professional photographers and adjusted in post-production to be as close as possible to the actual item. However, due to variations in lighting, display, and individual interpretations of color, there may be some color differences between the actual product and the images. This is not a quality issue of the product. Please refer to the actual product.

2. Regarding creases

Some countries have regulations on package size. Some blankets may need to be folded for transportation, and after opening, they will have wrinkles. After unpacking, please wait for the blanket to return to its flat state. The wrinkles will gradually disappear over time and can also be repaired by ironing.

Vacuum packaging and temporary wrinkles

To ensure safe transportation and optimize logistics costs, our blankets are all packaged in a folded manner. Due to the long international shipping time (more than 10 days), slight wrinkles or creases upon arrival are normal, especially for larger-sized blankets.

Please note: These wrinkles are the natural result of the packaging process and are not a quality issue. They will not affect the functionality, durability, or safety of the blanket.

With regular use, the wrinkles will naturally smooth out and fade over time. If you want to recover it faster, you can also solve it by ironing.
